as everyone will know we aim to keep the guilds as active as possible.

Hi, I am Icendoan, which is my net persona, my In-game character is known as Icen Spiritweaver, and I am a member of the Luxon guild of the turtle.

I started to register an account here on these forums, under the name Icendoan. However, AutoComplete entered a false e-mail for the e-mail field, and so I cannot activate or delete my account. I tried re-registering, but it came up with the error that the name was already taken.

I have tried logging in to try and change the e-mail but I apparently cannot login to an inactive account.

Could an Admin/Mod remove that account so I can register with a correct e-mail.

i will fix that for you so you will be able to login as of reading this message.
remember the password you provided will be case sensitive.

I went on vacation for the week leading up to Memorial Day and when I got back I found that I had been kicked from my guild, Immortal. I'd like to get back in. Can you help me do that? There's got to be a better way to handle periods of inactivity than kicking people after a little over a week of vacation. Any help you can give would be great. Thanks! My character's name is Ayanel Alkar.

Please realize that due to inactivity for more than a week u can leave a post in the forums for your guild leader to see i tell all my members to take and let me or a officer know if ur going on holiday its easier that way

I agree with this. There are threads available in the guild forums for members to state that they will be inactive for a time and you should always inform one of your officers or VL or GL as well.

In the cases of emergencies when your own officers, etc are not around and you have to act quickly, say like when the mother in law announces her imminent surprise visit you can always inform the officers, etc of another guild and we will be more than happy to relay that information to the correct persons. Coz we are helpful like that in KISS
